Grocery Store Flowers

It doesn't take much to make me happy, and I think the money I spent for these gorgeous "grocery store flowers" was money well spent.

The mixed flowers were $9.99, and I couldn't resist adding a bouquet of red carnations for $4.99. I'm going to put them on the island in my kitchen, and they should stay fresh through the weekend.

I know they're going to make me happy every time I pass by them.

Best wishes to you for a happy weekend filled with
lots of simple pleasures ... like "grocery store flowers."

I love to get grocery flowers. Yours are beautiful. I end up culling through them as the days go by and sometimes make more than one small bouquet. They are money well spent.

How perfectly lovely, and how DID you know I always wear my red clogs with a purple outfit?

I'm going to go right now and jot down some memories I've been meaning to put down, about one of the nicest bits of serendipity/lagniappe since we've lived up here.

Store flowers were involved.

love and,

Funny that you should mention Grocery Store Flowers.
Love yours by the way.

I bought half a dozen roses at Publix for $4 and had a fabulous time photographing them as they opened. They went from peach to pink. I love me some grocery store goodies.

Whole Food had peonies, but the price was a bit dear.

XO,

Sheila

Oh! Janie, how gorgeous! The flower colors all together are stunning!

The Monet looking vase is perfect for your "grocery store" arrangement. A little bit of loveliness for all to enjoy!

Beautiful photos as always.
