The Colors of Spring

Each season has its distinctive color palette, but I think my favorite is Spring, with its rainbow of colors ranging from the soft pastels of delicate buds just sprouting to the bright bold colors of tulips and azaleas and flowering trees.

I'm amazed at how many pictures I have captured of this glorious season we call Spring, and would like to share some of them today.

Redbud Tree

Tulips

Dogwood

Narcissus

Wisteria

Forsythia

Crabapple

Bradford Pear

Flowering Quince

Lorapetalum

Jonquils

Japanese Magnolia

Hyacinths

And last, but certainly not least, Azaleas ...

I hope you are seeing the colors of Spring where you are. They are just beginning to make an appearance here in Mississippi.

I can actually smell them! And, the sunshine and the clean, warm air. Really...I can! :-)

Beautiful pics!

THANK YOU!!!

It's 31 right now, and we've been out, just running up and down the sidewalk between the drabbest, most cluttered, non-scooped-during-the snow bits of back lawn. It made our cheeks pink and our eyes glow, but coming in to cocoa was the best part.

Just ONE of these would have been enough, but THIS Treasure Box!!

You're TOO generous.
