October Blue

In an effort to spotlight October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month, the beautiful Old Court House Museum in Vicksburg is bathed in blue lights.  Although the bulbs are blue, the overall effect makes the building look purple.        There was also a beautiful sunset the day I captured these pictures, and I kind of like this shot of the old houses silhouetted against the gorgeous sky in the background.
