How beautiful... photograph and hymn! I love this song! And I love Elvis' version of it, Janie. Thank you for sharing.
I can still see my grandmother tending her yellow and pink climbing roses in her front yard or puttering around her house, singing this song. It will ever remind me of her steadfast love of the Savior.
Thanks, my friend. Hope you're having a lovely Sunday!
XO,
Sheila
Hi Janie,
I love this song, and Elvis has the perfect voice for it. You have a beautiful photo to go with the song. Have a blessed Sunday.
Singing along with you! Beautiful garden. Happy Sunday.
LOVE this song. My fav lines..."He speaks and the sound of His voice is so sweet the birds hush their singing..."
Can you just imaging How beautiful it will be to really talk to Him one day?
Love the hymn, and I agree that it seems to be easier to hear HIS voice in the peace and beauty of a garden. Have a great week!
I got goose bumps !!!
Lovely,
Kathy :)
And the amazing thing is...it's YOUR yard that brings such beauty!!! That was lovely.
I absolutely love this hymn. I don't know if you had the hymn playing yesterday or not, but the melody is going through my mind as I read the words.
Perfect way to start out my week.
Thanks Janie and Avery is beautiful.
