Now, I'd like to share my latest yard sale treasure with you.
Actually, it's two items that I found at a yard sale last Saturday -- a vintage hummingbird print and an elegant old frame.
And what made it even better was that the print and the frame were just a quarter apiece!

I think I just don't go to enough yard sales/junk/antique shops! I never find things like you do. Of course, I don't know where I would put them if I did. :) What a great find! Blessings, marlene

Oh, honestly, that print took my breath away!!! I saw the image in your header before I even reached your post. Truly, that is one of the most beautiful prints I've ever seen. The colors! And the subject matter (hummers in trumpet vines!) Just stunning! What a treasure. I won a print on ebay not long ago. I guess I'll have to post it on my blog so you can see. It had the same effect on me- when I pulled it out of the box, I was just taken aback. I'm silly, I guess. I love birds. I'm so glad you shared your lucky find. Maybe I can hunt down a copy on ebay.

What a great find! The colors are truly beautiful. I have a special place in my heart for hummingbirds, they remind me of my grandfather, and he always had hummingbird feeder’s right by the breakfast table window. He would sit for hours drinking his coffee and watching the hummingbirds. –Cheers, Amy
