The Stars of Christmas ...

What better way to begin the Christmas season than with a truly awesome display in the night skies, courtesy of God. Tonight, a slender crescent moon will appear in very close proximity to the two brightest planets in our sky, Venus and Jupiter. They won't be as close again until the year 2052.

This would be a perfect way for your family to celebrate the "reason for the season" before all the hustle and bustle of the holidays begins. It's going to be cold, so bundle up and make it a special Christmas memory for your children ... and for you.

I wish I still had little kids at home to share the night sky with tonight. We are babysitting the grandkids on Thursday night - maybe then it will be clear and we can check out the stars. Sally

I was hoping to get a glimpse...but the sky is so cloudy I can't see a single star. Hopefully tomorrow night will be better!

I am so glad I sat down tonight to check on some new friends. We will go out and look into the big beautiful Heavens tonight. It is very clear and so unseasonably warm here in Utah. I hope we will be able to see it.
Thank You for the message to celebrate the Reason for this wonderous season.
May He fill your life with rich blessings from above,
Beth~♥
